(its 2 to 3 means in the same months)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#333333;"&gt;Let see, now i'm fabricate meself the core puller unit *see pic no 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#333333;"&gt;very though job that i handled individual.. All job involved in it i must handled me self. Just the things that i can't do or can't do in my workshop i'll send it to sub-contractor like machining/milling/boring n etc..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#333333;"&gt;Ok, lets me brief shortly what kind of machine/work/job i done here.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#333333;"&gt;The Project Managment Sdn. Bhd [Brick supplier *more on civil work/building n etc] is our customer for this project. This machine actually sub machine to make the brick. Have many type of brick for the example is, strecther, bond, half tounge, corner and etc. In order to make a different brick follow the customer needed, i should desing the mould for the required dimension given by the customer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#333333;"&gt;*Added information, mould and core puller design by meself base at our company Francserve (M) Sdn. Did u know how turbine blade are/is? In one turbine impeller normally have many blades(this is one of the turbine type). The blades are placed around the shaft to become a one big impeller. If this is one of the type of turbine impeller, normally the blades will worn at outside diameter. To repaire the blade, we welding the worn side and regrinding it. This jig designed to hold/grip the blade when grinding process. The blade have their diameter itself, so this jig can move with certain angle follow the diameter of that blade. So your outside diameter will be grind smoothly.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;This jig is for 'stage 01' blade. I have done until stage 05. I draw by do the metrology using all mesurement equipment my company have to convert it into 3D in SolidWorks software. After I completed the job, i got something intersted to the system it self that under my calculation it can be improve. So i change a little bit design and comeout with my new idea for the WormGearBox with extra torque applicable.. And this gearbox actually already installed in our company product. The product dat i said is a auto racking in and racking out system (A-TRAC) for the circuit breaker SNS 33kv and 11kv brandname.. This product already installed at Sub Station Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). The succesfull of this product is not just came from simple idea like the picture above, our company has done the RND for 3 years.. And at last, the product is better and better. Even our company has compitetor, TNB guys said dat my product is good and no problem occured..
